The fee is $200 for a 50 minute therapy session and hour-long intake. Couples sessions are typically longer and the cost is prorated based on the length of the session at the $200/hr rate. We do offer a limited number of reduced fee services for individuals who have financial barriers and are willing to commit to six months of weekly sessions.
Assessment rates vary by package. Please contact us for more information.

We are currently an in-network provider for Lyra Health, but are not a part of any other health care plans. However, many insurance companies will reimburse individuals for a percentage of the cost of treatment with an out of network provider. We are happy to provide you with an invoice that includes your payment history if you are interested in pursuing reimbursement. Questions about reimbursement are best addressed to your insurance provider as policies differ widely between companies.

Most of our clinicians find that weekly therapy best meets the needs of most individuals with whom they work. In some cases meeting twice a week is more helpful in the initial stages of treatment. The suggested length of treatment varies widely depending on the concerns that individuals are facing. If the problem developed relatively recently and is more limited in scope, for example difficulty transitioning to a new job, then you may anticipate a shorter course of treatment that would conclude within a matter of a few months. If problems are long-standing and affect several areas of functioning, then it is likely a treatment that spans a year or more will be most effective in providing long-term solutions.
Couple therapy is done in longer sessions and often progresses more quickly than individual therapy. "Booster sessions" are always available to both individual clients and couples who have stopped attending regular therapy, but feel that a session or two would again be helpful.
To get the maximum benefit, it is recommended that we meet on a weekly basis to begin. We may go down to meetings every other week or less as symptoms improve. After our first few sessions, your therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan and will have a better idea of how long treatment may take.
As with most things in life, what you get out of this depends on what you put in. We value efficiency and respect both your time and mine. It won't always be fun or easy, but if you're ready to do the work, we promise we are too.

Yes! Our psychologists have completed school-based predoctoral internships and have first-hand experience with the IEP, 504, and SSD processes. We've conducted many evaluations for school districts and are familiar with what schools are looking for.
Currently all assessments are conducted in-person.

During your first appointment we will review paperwork and gather background information to find out what your main concerns and goals are for therapy. We will feel each other out to gauge whether your therapist's skills and knowledge are able to meet your goals. At the end of the session we will mutually decide whether to work together. If you and your therapist are not a good fit, we will provide you with referrals for other providers. For teens, the session will be split so your therapist can meet with each of you individually as well as together.

Our hours are by appointment only. Therapy sessions can be held in-person, virtually, or hybrid depending on your needs. Assessment services are offered in-person.

Sometimes that happens. It's important for us to know because this process may have triggered something for you and it may not actually be about your therapist. That is something we can work through together. But we understand that not all personalities work well together and your therapist's style may not work for everyone. We don't take it personally. Our priority is for you to get help from someone you feel comfortable with. We are always happy to offer referrals to other providers.

Whether you are just considering treatment or have decided that you would like to begin therapy, we are happy to set up a free, 15-20 minute phone consultation. These conversations provide the opportunity for you to gain a better feel for the clinician’s approach to treatment and ask any questions you may have. Consultations are also a good time for us to discuss what is leading you to seek therapy and potential treatment options.
