About Alicia

Hello everyone! My name is Alicia, my pronouns are they/she, and I am Pivot’s Administrative and Creative Assistant. I joined the team in early 2022 and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to be a part of the welcoming, empowering, and authentic environment at Pivot.

I am a therapist-in-training, currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University with a clinical mental health concentration (graduating in 2023). I have a background as an artist, specifically in theatre, dance education, and music with a BFA in Theatre Performance and Production from Texas State University. I have always been inspired by the beauty of authentic human connection in healing and amazed at the ability of humans to adapt and survive against all odds.

In my free time, you can find me watching Marvel movies with my sweet cats and amazing partner, or drawing and doing a craft of sorts!
